Office / Project Coordinator

Location: Delta, BC
Type: Full-time, permanent
Wage: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Job Requirements:

Completion of Grade 12
Completion of related diploma project an asset but not required
Experience in construction industry an asset but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat

Roles and Responsibilities:

Office Coordination

Manage and streamline office administrative procedures and operations.
Procuring, stocking, and managing office supplies and equipment. In addition, liaising with vendors as needed.
Streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in financial tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and budgeting
Oversee the organization and filing of important company documents, both physical and digital
Support in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Organize company events, workshops, and team-building activities
Perform other duties as directed
